In an area with the usual mixture of nondescript commercial buildings our Client Group of attorneys, physicians, and brokers wanted to make a different statement. Working closely with the Client we designed a three story, traditional office building featuring a brick exterior with Jack arches, stone quoins and sills, and large double hung windows. Interest was added to tradition with hip roofs at all corners, dormers and a widows walk to screen all the roof top mechanical equipment. Our initial perspective of the building is a true indication of the final construction
